We designed the concept of Neopod One to meet these needs. Neopod One will offer studio-style compact "pods" or suites,fully-equipped with appliances, devices, and creatively designed built-in cabinets as well as fittings and modern lightings.

A dedicated management team for Neopod One will handle the building maintenance and billings. The team will also be trained to coordinate rental management and marketing, suite maintenance and repairs, as well as community relations.Optional studio cleaning services will also be offered.

Rental is projected to range around US$475 for standard studio suites.

The key differentiator that should make this project a success would be that Neopod One solves a real problem faced by hundreds of thousands of Kuala Lumpur young residents. Neopod One provides an attractive proposition of a premium quality residence in the heart of KLCC for the price of regular condominiums located much further away. This is made possible by the expert and efficient utilization of space.

The conceptual design of Neopod One is aligned with the size,shape and locality of the acquired land. The optimal design with maximum efficiency turned out as a modern L-shaped tower,with a total of 1,383 suites.

Neopod One的概念设计是根据所得地块面积的大小、形状和位置来展开的。在最优设计方案中,Neopod One大楼呈L字形,空间的利用率达到最大化,一共可建设1,383个套间。
