you can go Guangzhou from a nearby Long-Distance bus station in Shenzhen by a shuttle bus.

There is a long- distance bus station in each town, such as Fuyong long- distance bus station, Bao-an long- distance bus station. Terminal in Guangzhou are Guangzhou- Nan (where you can get a high speed train to other city in China, such as Zhuhai, GuiYang and Beijing), Guangzhou Dong, Guangzhou.
If you are below sites in Shenzhen, a shuttle bus may be more convenience than train.

the distance from Shenzhen to Guangzhou is about 150km. But if you take a taxi from a metro station such as Jichang-Dong (Shenzhen Airport east) to a metro station in south of Guangzhou, it's about 70km and 1.5 hours and payment is about 200 RMB

You can go below station from Shenzhen Airport by metric net, and the closest station to airport is Futian station. there is also a big long- distance bus station in Futian, where you will get a but to guangzhou.
3.1 Shenzhen Bei (North Shenzhen), GuangMing and FuTian station
if you depart from these two station, you will take a high speed railway to GuangZhou Nan (South Guangzhou) station within 30 minutes. Price :74 RMB
Shenzhen bei is located in Longhua Town, north of Shenzhen city.
Guang ming is located in Guang ming town, north- west of this city.

3.2 Shenzhen Station or Shenzhen Dong (BuJi town, Shenzhen east) station
Those are non- high speed train terminals. you will pay about 80 RMB and arrive at Guangzou-dong (Guangzhou- east) station within 70 minutes.
Shenzhe station is located in Luohu distrct, close to Hongkong.
Shenzhen dong station is located in BuJi town, north of Luohu.
